Cookies and browser storage
Cookies are small text files stored by a website in your browser. Websites can also use similar technologies, including localStorage, to save information on a device. UK storage and access rules apply to both, so this policy covers them together.
Reformer Connect currently keeps device storage to the functions needed to provide a secure account service and preserve information you have asked the site to remember.

This inventory reflects the production application and a live response audit on 16 August 2026. No first-party cookie was set when the public site was loaded. Cloudflare currently delivers and protects the site, but no Cloudflare browser-storage item was observed in that audit. We will update this record if the production setup changes.
Why consent is not requested
The storage listed above is used to provide a function you request—for example, signing in, securing the service, carrying information into registration or saving an in-progress form. We treat those purposes as strictly necessary or expressly requested functionality and do not use the same storage for advertising or behavioural profiling.
UK rules do not require consent for storage that is strictly necessary to provide the online service requested by the user. We still explain it here so you can understand what is stored and clear it if you wish.
What we do not use
At the date of this policy, Reformer Connect does not use:
- advertising or retargeting cookies;
- cross-site behavioural tracking;
- social-media tracking pixels; or
- non-essential analytics cookies or session-recording tools.
If that changes, we will update this table and provide consent controls or a simple way to object where the law requires one. Non-essential storage will not be placed merely because a visitor continues browsing.
How to manage storage
Browser settings let you inspect, delete or block cookies and site storage. The controls are usually under “Privacy”, “Cookies”, “Site data” or “Storage”. You can also use a private-browsing window if you do not want the browser to retain site data after that session.
Blocking or clearing essential storage can sign you out, remove an unsent enquiry or profile draft, and prevent requested portal features from working. Information already submitted to Reformer Connect is held separately and is covered by our privacy policy.
Shared devices
Draft enquiries can contain contact, location and equipment information. Authentication storage keeps access to an account. On a shared or public device, sign out when finished and clear Reformer Connect site data rather than leaving a draft or session available to the next user.
Changes and contact
