Studio installation
Coordinated setup for several reformers or mixed Pilates apparatus at one site.
Relocation
A defined scope for dismantling, moving, reassembly and the checks required before use.

Check assembly coverage
What to include in your assembly enquiry.
- Every equipment type, make, model and quantity
- Whether units are boxed, built, stored or awaiting delivery
- Floor level, lift, stairs, doorway and loading access
- Required completion date and available working hours
- Whether dismantling, transport or packaging removal is needed
- Photographs of the equipment, boxes and access route
Handover matters as much as assembly.
Equipment should not enter use until it has been assembled to the applicable instructions, adjusted correctly and checked for stable, expected operation.
Defined work
Assembly, placement and any anchoring requirements are stated before booking.
Clear handover
The provider confirms the work completed and any follow-up action or parts required.
Pilates equipment assembly questions.
Can you help assemble a newly delivered Pilates reformer?
Yes. Include the make, model, quantity, delivery status and site access details. We review the enquiry before introducing a specialist whose equipment experience and coverage fit the job.
Can reformers be moved and reassembled at a new studio?
Relocation enquiries can include dismantling, transport requirements, reassembly and post-installation checks. State clearly which parts of the move you need the provider to handle.
What site information is needed for an assembly quote?
Provide the full postcode, floor level, lift or stair dimensions, parking and loading access, doorway restrictions and the number of boxed or assembled units.
Can towers, chairs and Cadillac equipment be included?
Yes. Add every apparatus type and its make and model. Larger framed equipment may need specific access, anchoring or manufacturer requirements that should be reviewed before booking.
Is packaging removal included?
Only when the provider quote says so. Note the expected amount of packaging and any site disposal rules so collection or removal can be priced explicitly.
Planning a delivery, installation or move?
Tell us what equipment is involved and where it needs to go. Add access photographs in the guided enquiry.
