Equipment history

Keep completed work attached to the right machine.

A service record is useful only when you can tell which unit it belongs to and what was done. Registered customers can keep equipment details, service requests and completed-work records together.

What the completed-work record contains

  • The equipment unit and service type.
  • The date and named engineer.
  • A summary of the work and recorded findings.
  • Parts used and the recorded outcome.
  • The next recommended service date, when one is supplied.

Useful details to save before the first visit

Record the make, model, serial number, asset tag, purchase and installation dates, condition and location. Equipment photographs can be shared with an assigned engineer. Receipts remain private to the customer and authorised Reformer Connect administrators.

For one reformer or several sites

A customer can select several saved units for the same request and assign equipment to a service site. Completed work then creates a dated record for each linked unit. For planned work, see the reformer servicing guide.

Start an equipment record

Create a customer profile, register one unit or a complete studio, then use those records when you request work.
