A usable specialist profile
The engineer records their business details, relevant experience, qualifications, services, brands and working area.

Current insurance information
The profile includes the insurer, expiry date and stated Public Liability and Professional Indemnity cover. Engineers are asked to keep this information current.

Skills and travel coverage
The engineer selects the work they undertake and the places they can reach. This lets us avoid sending clearly unsuitable work.

Approval and verification
An engineer cannot quote for network opportunities unless the account is both approved and verified in Reformer Connect.
What approval does not mean
Approval records the checks in use when we reviewed the account. It is not a promise about future conduct, workmanship or suitability for every machine. Engineers are independent providers, and the service contract is between the customer and the engineer they appoint.
Checks to make before accepting a quote
- Confirm the named engineer or business and the equipment covered by the quote.
- Read the price, travel or call-out charge, parts assumptions and exclusions.
- Check the proposed date, quote expiry and how extra work would be agreed.
- Ask about the engineer's own terms, cancellation policy and workmanship warranty.
- Confirm that current insurance is suitable for your site or organisation.
