These terms govern your use of the ReformerConnect website and introduction service. By submitting an enquiry you accept these terms. Final registered company details will be added prior to launch.

What ReformerConnect is

ReformerConnect is an introduction service. We connect customers with third-party specialists who may quote for and carry out equipment servicing or assembly. We are not the provider of the work itself and we do not guarantee that any specific number of providers will respond.

Contracts for work

Any contract for actual servicing or assembly is between you and the provider you choose to engage. Terms including price, scheduling, warranty and liability sit within that separate agreement.

Your enquiry

You confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are entitled to instruct work on the equipment described. Submitting an enquiry is free and does not commit you to any purchase.

Provider registrations of interest

Provider registrations submitted through this site are an expression of interest only. Being listed on the ReformerConnect network requires an additional agreement that is not yet in place at MVP stage.

Acceptable use

• Do not submit false or misleading information.
• Do not upload unlawful, offensive, or malicious content.
• Do not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the introduction service. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time you submit an enquiry applies to that enquiry.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
