Free studio listings
Your basic listing is free. It can include the studio name, address, map location, website and available public contact details. Contact experts@reformerconnect.co.uk to suggest a studio or correct details. Our team checks new locations and corrections before publication.
Studio Plus profiles
You must be authorised to manage the studio. We check ownership claims before enabling editing and payment. Approval gives you access to prepare a private draft. A current paid membership is required to publish an enhanced profile.
Each membership covers one studio location. You can manage several claimed locations from one account, with a separate membership for each. Plus includes a profile description, a cover image, a profile image or logo, up to six gallery photos, twelve class descriptions, a main booking link, six useful links, facilities and visiting information.
Plus does not change the location-based search order or guarantee visits, bookings or enquiries.
Prices and automatic renewal
Choose £1.99 per month or £20 per year in GBP. These are the total advertised membership prices, including any applicable tax. Both options include the same features. The annual option saves £3.88 compared with twelve monthly payments.
Stripe processes recurring membership payments and provides your billing portal. Your membership renews automatically at the selected interval until you cancel future renewals. The checkout shows the amount and billing period before you agree to pay. Reformer Connect does not store your full card details.
A successful checkout return alone does not activate a membership. We confirm the subscription and payment with Stripe. If a payment fails or a subscription becomes unpaid, enhanced publication may be unavailable until payment is resolved. You can keep accessing your saved content.
Cancelling and changing billing
Use Manage billing in your studio workspace to update payment details, view invoices or cancel future renewals. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid billing period. Your enhanced page then returns to its free basic listing. Your saved profile remains available in your account unless it is removed under our wider account or content terms.
Cancelling renewal does not automatically request a refund. Contact us about a payment error, refund or dispute. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under applicable law. Contact us if you want to change billing period or transfer a studio to another owner.
Your profile and photos
You remain responsible for the accuracy of your profile, class information and links. Upload only images you own or have permission to publish. Obtain permission from identifiable people where required. Do not upload identity documents, sensitive customer information, passwords or content you do not have rights to use.
You retain ownership of your content and give Reformer Connect permission to store and display it for your listing. Draft profile text and media are restricted to your account and authorised administration. When you publish, the selected content and images become public. Your public profile may be indexed by search engines and the website's public chat assistant. Unpublishing removes it from our live listing, but external search engines or previous viewers may retain copies.
We can remove unsuitable or inaccurate content and suspend listing access under our website terms. A disputed ownership claim may require extra checks. Revoking editing access and ending a payment subscription are separate actions; contact us to resolve billing if ownership changes.
Classes and external links
Visitors follow your links to book with your chosen provider. You and that provider remain responsible for class availability, booking terms, payments, cancellations and customer information. Reformer Connect does not take class payments, synchronise timetables or add a class-booking commission through this membership.
Help, privacy and disputes
Contact experts@reformerconnect.co.uk with the studio name and the issue. Do not send card details or passwords. These membership terms sit alongside our website terms and privacy policy.
